Step 2: Sign the “Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR)) Agreement” and revert back to our Contracts Management Team
Step 3: Submit all the necessary/required Documents to the Contracts Management Team and they will revert back to you with Cloud BigD’s webmail account (yourname@vms-cloud.com)

Here are some of the tips that our TOPMOST and VERY SUCCESSFUL Freelance Recruiters follow to achieve maximum number of Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Purchase orders (POs) every week:
Step 1: Configure your Cloud BigD’s webmail account (yourname@vms-cloud.com) in Microsoft Outlook
Step 2: Prepare the List of all the eligible Clients, Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors and/or Tier-1 Vendors, Etc.* that you know (OR) you have worked with them previously.
Step 3: Contact and Introduce yourself to all the eligible Clients, Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors and/or Tier-1 Vendors, Etc.* that you know (OR) you have worked with them previously
Step 4: Request all your Clients, Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors and/or Tier-1 Vendors to forward direct client requirements to you
Step 5: Start working on the direct client requirements and keep Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Recruiting Margin to Cloud BigD. For example, you can keep $10/hour,$15/hour,$20/hour (OR) $50/hour as Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Recruiting Margin. There is NO limit for the maximum Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Recruiting Margin.
Step 6: If you close any Direct Client/ Vendor Requirement, then please contact our nearest “Offshore Support specialist”. They would coordinate with the “Onshore Contracts Management Team” to complete the necessary documentation and paper work with your respective Clients/Vendors to complete a Purchase order (PO)/ Sale.
Note: Our “Onshore Contracts Management Team” will always follow the best practices and keep you in loop in completing documentation/ paper work with your Client/Vendor.You are never alone! We are always there to support your Recruiting career!!

The TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) amount deducted @10% will be paid to Income Tax Department every Quarterly and Cloud BigD, India will send you the TDS Certificates every year. Category-1: All the C2C Recruiters, who has their own network of clients, implementation partners, prime vendors, & tier-1 vendors to get their own requirements and could refer their Sales Specilaist friends to become Cloud BigD’s “ICR”so that both of them can effectively work together with Cloud BigD (Our internal statistics shows that 42% of Cloud BigD’s ICRs are of this category)
Category-2: All the Sales Specialists, who could refer their C2C Recruiting friends to become Cloud BigD’s “ICR” so that both of them can effectively work together with Cloud BigD (Our internal statistics shows that 58% of Cloud BigD’s ICRs are of this category)
