Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR) works and operates independently on his/her own. Cloud BigD provides the higher Incentives to the Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR) based on his/her monthly performance. Cloud BigD will not provide any kind of Salary (OR) Expenses.

2. How much Incentives does Cloud BigD provides to an “Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR)”?

“Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR)” Incentives are paid based on the total number of Corp-to-Corp C2C/1099 Purchase orders (POs) achieved in a particular Calendar Month (Calendar Month is defined as 1st day of the month to the last day of the month).

3. Why Cloud BigD is not providing any monthly salary to Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR)?

Every company would have its own business model and operations strategy. Cloud BigD’s business model do not believe in paying highest salaries to the regular employees.

9. I am interested in Cloud BigD’s Freelance Recruiter Opportunity. How can I become an “Independent Contract Recruiter” (ICR)?

Step 1: Contact our Offshore Team to fill the Request for Proposal (RFP) to become an “Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR). As soon as you send an RFP, Our Contracts Management Team will send you an “Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR) Agreement”
 
Step 2: Sign the “Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR)) Agreement” and revert back to our Contracts Management Team
 
Step 3: Submit all the necessary/required Documents to the Contracts Management Team and they will revert back to you with Cloud BigD’s webmail account (yourname@vms-cloud.com)

10. I have become an “Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR)” with Cloud BigD. How do I achieve a Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Purchase order (PO)?

faq9imgHere are some of the tips that our TOPMOST and VERY SUCCESSFUL Freelance Recruiters follow to achieve maximum number of Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Purchase orders (POs) every week:
Step 1: Configure your Cloud BigD’s webmail account (yourname@vms-cloud.com) in Microsoft Outlook
 
Step 2: Prepare the List of all the eligible Clients, Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors and/or Tier-1 Vendors, Etc.* that you know (OR) you have worked with them previously.
 
Step 3: Contact and Introduce yourself to all the eligible Clients, Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors and/or Tier-1 Vendors, Etc.* that you know (OR) you have worked with them previously
 
Step 4: Request all your Clients, Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors and/or Tier-1 Vendors to forward direct client requirements to you
 
Step 5: Start working on the direct client requirements and keep Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Recruiting Margin to Cloud BigD. For example, you can keep $10/hour,$15/hour,$20/hour (OR) $50/hour as Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Recruiting Margin. There is NO limit for the maximum Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Recruiting Margin.
 
Step 6: If you close any Direct Client/ Vendor Requirement, then please contact our nearest “Offshore Support specialist”. They would coordinate with the “Onshore Contracts Management Team” to complete the necessary documentation and paper work with your respective Clients/Vendors to complete a Purchase order (PO)/ Sale.
 
Note: Our “Onshore Contracts Management Team” will always follow the best practices and keep you in loop in completing documentation/ paper work with your Client/Vendor.You are never alone! We are always there to support your Recruiting career!!

11. How do you pay my Incentive earnings? Do I need to provide my Local Bank Account Details?

Yes. You need to provide your Local Bank Account Details to our Contracts Management Team after achieving your first Corp-to-Corp (C2C)/1099 Purchase order (PO). All the Incentive earnings will be paid to you by Online Bank Transfer to your local Bank.

12.How do you calculate US Dollar to local currency Exchange Rate?

We will apply the best possible US Dollar to local currency Exchange Rates for paying incentives to our Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR). US Dollar to local currency Exchange Rates will depend on our United States Banker, Bank of America.

13. How much Taxes would be deducted for Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR) residing in India?

All the payments/ Incentives to Independent Contract Recruiter (ICR) residing in India are subject to the deduction of TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) @10% as per the section 194H of Income Tax Act., Income Tax Department, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. You can obtain more information from below websites of Income Tax
